Anna Känzig, the charming Zurich singer-songwriter, returns after a four-year creative break with her new EP *Songs by the Sea*. This time, during which she devoted herself to her family, proved to be a source of deep inspiration and personal growth.

The artist, who grew up by picturesque Lake Zurich, always found inspiration in the beauty of water. In search of new creative impulses, Anna grabbed her guitar and set off for the sea. There, in the rhythm of the waves, her musical passion was rekindled, and the foundational framework for *Songs by the Sea* was created.

Authentic Sounds from the Heart of Zurich
The EP was then given its finishing touches in a small band room in Zurich's vibrant Kreis 4 neighborhood. In close collaboration with her long-time musical companion Django Hodosy, Anna created a work of remarkable authenticity and emotional depth.

Anna reflects:  “Music remains an essential part of my life. During my time away, I often struggled with creative blocks fueled by high expectations of myself. However, the valuable experiences from my various musical projects in recent years kept me connected to my passion until the urge to write my own songs became unstoppable.”
